High School Concert Choir

High School Concert Choir is open to any student in grades 9-12. Members of the Concert Choir perform in two concerts each school year, the Winter Concert in December and the Spring Concert in May. In addition, Concert Choir members may perform in the annual music department Solo and Ensemble Concert, and qualifying students may participate in Lehigh County Chorus and PMEA Chorus festivals at the District, Region, and All-State levels.

Concert Choir is offered as an elective course each semester. In most cases, students are required to take Concert Choir as a class for at least one semester each school year in order to maintain their active membership in the choral program. During semesters in which a student is not able to schedule Concert Choir as a class, the student is eligible to continue their participation at weekly after school rehearsals. These rehearsals are usually on Mondays from 3:15-4:45pm.
